Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to send us: your name, email address, the date you need your cookies, how many you’d like and any notes about your order. Like most websites, our web host may also keep basic technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and plan your cookie order
- To keep in touch about an order you’ve placed with us
- To keep our website safe and running smoothly
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it if the law requires us to.
Cookies (the website kind)
Our website may use small files called cookies to help pages load properly and remember basic preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Instagram and other sites
Our site links to our Instagram page (@thekookiekrew). When you visit Instagram or any other website, their own privacy policy applies, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to handle your request or order. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Terms & Conditions
Orders
All orders are confirmed by message or email. Your order is not final until we’ve confirmed the details, including flavors, quantity, price and pickup or delivery. Custom and royal icing orders need advance notice, so please reach out as early as you can.
Our self-serve cookie stand
Our cookie stand runs on weekends while supplies last. Flavors change often, so check our Instagram for what’s available. Hours and availability may change because of weather or other reasons.
Allergies
Our cookies are homemade in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, soy and nuts. We can’t guarantee any cookie is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies before you order and enjoy our treats at your own discretion.
Photos and designs
Photos, designs and text on this website and our Instagram belong to The Kookie Krew. Please ask before using them.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
